Concord Law School is an online law school based in Los Angeles, California. This subsidiary of the Kaplan Higher Education Corporation was formerly called the Concord University School of Law and has been granting Juris Doctor (JD) and Executive Juris DoctorSM (EJD) degrees since it opened in 1998. In 2010 Concord Law School added Small Business Practice LLM to its course offerings.
Concord Law School is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council. It is a member of the International Association of Law Schools and the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The School is registered with the California Committee of Bar Examiners. However, Concord Law School is not yet accredited by the American Bar Association, as such, enrolled students are required to take and pass California’s First Year Law Student Examination (Baby Bar) after the first year of study before they can progress further in their studies.

As of June 2009, the average annual tuition fee of the Juris Doctor and Executive Juris Doctor programs was pegged at $9,984.00. For the Small Business Practice LLM program, cost per credit unit was $900.00. Tuition does not include cost of books and other incidental expenses. Financial aid in the form of federal grants, loans, scholarships and work-study programs are in place and available to eligible students.
