The Oklahoma Wesleyan University’s primary objective is to provide high-quality education in an environment which is conducive for Christian growth and development. It seeks to help students concretely understand Christian concepts in the context of an increasingly secular world.
In addition to its regular campus, which is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, OKWU has set up a strong online education infrastructure as part of its Adult and Graduate Studies program. OKWU offers 35 different programs. Its online education program, on the other hand, includes Psychology Studies, Ministry and Leadership, Business Administration, RN to BSN, Early Childhood, Organizational Management and Ethics, and a STEP Program.
Students under the online program are charged between approximately $300 to $460 per unit, depending on the desired program. It may be helpful to note, though, that more than 90 percent of OKWU’s students depend on financial aid of some kind. To avail of such an arrangement, simply fill out an application form and accomplish a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form online. OKWU offers many opportunities for financial assistance and will be happy to help you.
Admissions forms are available online. Additional documents, such as official transcripts or SAT scores may also be required. You may send an online inquiry and expect to be contacted by an Enrollment representative within 48 hours.
OKWU has received accreditation from the North Central Association (NCA) and the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE). It is also accredited by the Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).
