Upper Iowa University (UIU), established in 1857, is a private not-for-profit university that is focused on providing undergraduate and graduate programs using a variety of delivery systems. One of the popular delivery systems employed by UIU is online learning, which is administered through UIU’s Online Campus. UIU’s online programs has a very good reputation. Currently, there are 17 undergraduate degree programs, 5 certificate programs, and 3 master’s degree programs available through UIU’s Online Campus. Basic admission requirements for applicants to UIU’s online undergraduate programs include high school diploma or GED equivalent (official transcripts a must), minimum GPA of 2.0 if you have any previous college coursework, an application fee of $50, any official transcripts for experiential learning. For the online graduate programs, admissions requirements include a baccalaureate degree with minimum GPA of 2.75 or 3.0, depending on the program applied to. GRE and GMAT scores are not required, but encouraged.
Tuition for online undergraduate programs is $333 per credit hour. Tuition for online graduate programs is $399 per credit hour. Financial aid is available to online students in the form of grants and loans.
