Neumann University is a private, Catholic, coeducational learning institution founded and sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia. Since it is run in the Franciscan tradition, its programs place emphasis on respect for individuals, social responsibility and concern for the environment. It credits its beginnings to Our Lady of Angels College which opened in 1965.
