The Herzing Educational System is comprised of ten campuses in the US and its online campus based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Herzing University is accredited to grant diploma, associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees and master’s degrees by the Higher Learning Commission. Its online programs are designed to help students achieve their educational goals even while working full-time.
Online degree programs are offered in the fields of Health Care, Business, Technology, Design and Public Safety. Online Admissions Advisors provide information to prospective students who are in the process of deciding where to enroll. The same advisors can provide the students an overview of the structure of the online classes and suitable programs that will culminate in the achievement of specific career goals (note: career placement is not guaranteed). The Admissions Advisor guides the students through the entire application and enrollment process extending to all other matters prior to start of classes.
The online classes of Herzing University average at 18 students with a maximum of 25 students. Students are expected to log-in for a minimum of four different days per week. This usually entails 8 to 10 hours per week from each student. Books for online students are shipped by UPS. Each graduate student is assigned a Student Services Advisor upon entering a program.
The university’s career-focused programs has earned for it exceptional reviews for facilitating entry into preferred careers. Financial aid is only available to those who qualify. Financial Aid Officers are tasked to assist all applicants through the financial aid process including options provided by federal loans and grants, loans from alternative lending sources, scholarships or military benefits.
